If you're asking if all 5,000 clicks your ads then, no way. That would get you banned from AdSense.

Can i use adfly or so url shortners? And where is traffic from?

I use goo.gl on the links and shorten them as a way to track clicks so shortened links cannot be used.

How you can say it is adsense safe?

Does the traffic come from traffic exchange using a chinese software? Is it safe for my site, http://graphic.indexaz.com/ ? It have seen on first page with keyword "download graphic resource". I'm afraid it will destroy the rank.

It's not exchange sites and it's not the Chinese software.

I should note that regardless, traffic can never effect SERPs though Unless you're using an ad network and they have rules against that you can get millions of fake hits to your site without it effecting your actual ranking in any search engine.

Only the amount of traffic you get from Google searches can have any kind of effect on Google rankings.
