Any chance that you provide higher amounts than a 1,000 per day? Such as several thousand per day?

I can make multiple threads which could provide more, however, the problem becomes unique IPs when doing more than 1,000. The process I created uses public proxies across the web and isn't likely to obtain more than 1,000 working per day. How many do you need specifically? I can test.

Can you guarantee that the out of the 1,000 some will opt into my website?

No, not a single one will Opt in as these are all fake. These will be a BOT that I made which changes IP addresses. I can code it to opt in, if you like, but they will be fake traffic generally only good for impressions (IE: impression fraud).

What does that mean? If you code it to opt in what would that do?

As described in the description above, this is a bot that I coded. The traffic is not real humans, just a bot to simulate traffic. I can code it to do anything.
