this is what i did.i contacted the buyer and asked him to submit a ticket and i will return his money completly but i dont want negative rating.i am still 100% feedback buyer.

Sometimes there are misunderstandings that buyer have negative reviews. But if you sell a lot of gigs, your rate is still high. I also would be willing to refund the buyer to keep the rate of 100%.
