Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
We have recently completed a very small order for an SEOClerks Member and have had it rejected for no reason, I will not name the member, but I was wondering what grounds do we have if we do not accept the rejection

All you would have to do is reject the rejection. People will file for a mutual cancellation without giving a reason and that's not right. Don't agree to the cancellation unless they express why they are unhappy with the order.
If you didn't do something, the service delivered wasn't as described, or you were lat on delivery then they have the right to cancel. Now, if you did everything you described and delivered on time, they shouldn't have a reason for canceling, so be sure to get their reasoning.
Reject the mutual cancellation request, contact them on the service page under the rejection messages, if they're not responding there then send them a PM/DM, if they don't respond to that then you should open a support ticket here and explain what's going on. https://ionicware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Some pretty common reasons for someone to reject an order that was fulfilled can be they just don't want to pay for it but want the free service, they didn't realize what they were buying, or they don't have enough money to pay for it now. None of those reasons are good for a cancellation, but it's what happens to a lot of people online.
I hope you get this solved soon
