kutzki: What exactly does "Order Completed" mean?

As soon as the 10th order is delivered and marked as completed by your client or automatically in 8 days, you promote to Level 2 if you asked or answered enough questions. It was instantly when I promoted.

"Order Completed" means when buyer gives feed back and you money in clearance.

Thats when you see money

it says the order which you get is completed, then buyer will make review and closed the order

If you look at the user interface where is says "revenues" and the like, you will see a link for "completed" orders. This means the orders were completed by you, and delivered on time, and the client has agreed that the order was complete.

Order completed means your job has done successfully and buyer accept your job and give clearing for payment.
