I think it's good this way because it encourages sellers to offer legit services and be nice to customers.

The problem isn't that we don't want you to have your money, we do want you to have it. You need to stay in contact with your buyers and deliver great work so that they quickly mark your delivered work positively.

But for level 1 users admin must consider little about this problem.

It's on you to encourage buyers to mark job as completed. When they place an order, you should tell them right away "I will deliver 1000 of candies for you in 2 days, if you give me a positive review after I complete the job, I will give you 200 of more candies".
And when you deliver your work, you should again tell the client to mark job as completed and you will deliver some extra work for free. It's the only solution, but even that doesn't work. Sometime buyers just vanish after job is completed
There are spammers all over the net, so time to clear money until proven as reliable customer is the only thing to protect buyers and their money. After all, buyers are 50% of business.

Level is nothing ...... but a task to complet to get more and more form seoclerk.. It works well if you have good communication with your buyers...

Just have healthy communication then see the results are fast and great

I've never asked someone to mark my gigs as completed. Just provide a great service and say thanks for the order.

Like Jordan said, if your in that big of a rush then that means you must be getting a lot of money. Then in that case just work a little harder and get yourself to level 2 so you can get the money faster. To go to level 2 is not that hard and if you try you can easily get to level 3.

It may seem like a long time, but it really isn't. It encourages users to get more proactive on SEOClerks.
I know it seems inconvenient. but i can think of at least one one other gig type site where you have to have a minimum balance of at least 84.00 to withdraw ANY of your money! That means if your new, or your gigs do not sell very well, it could literally MONTHS to get paid!
SEOClerks will pay you what you earned, even if you have to wait a little while
