Use appropriate message when you deliver your job to encourage client to mark your job as completed.

"Order delivered thank you. If you mark order as completed, I will give you additional bonus to your package completely for free". Something like that, I believe some of them really don't know it matters to sellers if they mark order as completed or not.

Since you're saying 'Clear' I presume the above answers aren't actually what you're looking for.

To get your orders to "Clear" faster you need to achieve a higher level. At level 3 it only takes one day to clear.

If you mean get cleared for payment faster, the cool down is always 8 days, no matter what. It can take longer if the client doesn't accept the order.

you can get order fast by putting exciting gig or attracting gigs or one more way is that is you can feature your gig....lol

Is upgrading the only way?

Order complete quickly and submit quickly. And after order complete inform to buyer by contact option about order status.
