It's better to request mutual cancellation, so seller doesn't get negative points. I mean that especially if you order a job for couple of bucks.

If the seller doesn't deliver on time, then they deserve negative feedback!

Order can be cancelled by mutual discussion, and the balance is refunded to the buyer account which can be utilized when next order is place by the buyer.
