It's better to request mutual cancellation, so seller doesn't get negative points. I mean that especially if you order a job for couple of bucks.

Order can be cancelled by mutual discussion, and the balance is refunded to the buyer account which can be utilized when next order is place by the buyer.

Yes You can do it. Just you will select got problem? in manage sales area. And select what you want to do. Just mark it and write few words why you want to delete or cancel. Just it. Or you can reject directly if work you do not like. Thanks
