mgbajwa: How to cancel an order mutually

First go to manage sales in Seller section and which order do you want to cancel select it and click on got problem and write something why do you want cancel order. And you can cancel three way. Just few simple step.

To the best of my knowledge, there is not a way to mutually cancel an order in a way that will not affect your rating. Any cancelled order regardless of the reason, will have an impact on your over-all rating.

Wrong. Seller must click on "got problems?" -> "You and buyer agree to cancel".

when you deliver order if buyer is not satisfy with your service than it can be asking for mutual cancellation and seller accept it is right...

go to your manage work and click got problems write your reason and click submit

click on got problems there you will find mutual cancellation click on that and give the reason

just go to got problem and then click cancel by mutual

also by mutual cancellation..
