Just go to revenue box from seller section and right corner on top you will see withdrawal button. But as a level 1 user you may have some retraction. Just follow.

Min u should have $15.May be all your funds were not cleared i think so.If u have completed an order.u need to wait for 9 day only if u received a review from your customer.If not 17 i think so.More over if u increase u r level the funds can be transferred very quickly
