It Is Because Your Order Has Not Been Updated.Ie The Buyer Has Just Purchased The Order And Has Not Responded To Your Instructions.

Refresh page, wait 30 minutes, contact buyer personally. If no answer then contact support. Hope this will help.

Buyer just buy your gig but yet not complete instruction what you have to do. After complete it you will see in your manage sales section.

I had found this confusing also, and feel bad about contact support re: this issue.

It just seemed highly out of place, because the date of the order has read something wierd such as 1979, lol!
