You don't need to do this. You can press f5 to refresh and it will allow you to pass it.
Sometimes new accounts created will require it -- if this happens and you cannot verify it, you will have to make a new account.

Use Proxy mail address u can escape from them

When they ask for your phone verification, press F5.
The screen will change into another similar one, also requesting your phone number.

This page will have a small 'skip this step' link in fine print below the phone number verification.
