I believe for creating something like this you should fully read the replies of the staff.

The policy is there for a reason. If a mistake is made as in a complete accident for adding feedback, be that positive of negative then we will help out and remove it or do whatever is needed.

In cases where it is 100% clear that negative feedback should not have been placed then in certain circumstances it will be removed.

In addition, for people really wanting it to be removed we offer the option for the gig to be refunded for the negative feedback being removed but both parties must agree, of course.

And lastly, you're very wrong in saying there's no help at all. A user left feedback on your gig because they weren't happy with it and we cannot undo someones feelings. If they accidentally submitted it then we would have removed and if you were able to get in touch with them and sort something out where both are happy we also could have removed as already mentioned to you.


In the end getting negative feedback sucks. It does but it's apart of the system. Anyone here can even check my own profile and you'll see I do not have 100% positive feedback and even me as a staff member cannot do anything about it because it is the rules and the feedback was how the user felt.

The comment the user left on your gig was not a false or inaccurate comment and your helpdesk ticket reported it as "Spam". You didn't even word it correctly here, you word it as spam, there is no spam on your gig. After two staff members reviewed it, the outcome was the same. You provided a screenshot as proof of completion while the end user had no hard proof in their analytics.

This is a very bad way to show your support of SEOClerks when we have strived to help you on numerous occasions. I certainly hope you had no intention of achieving level X.

I completely understand, I had the same problem on a different site with one particular user. I was not happy about his gig as he did not deliver what he has promised so I gave him a negative review.

The same user has brought one gig from me and then he gave me negative feedback intentionally, just because I gave him negative feedback. Some times you know whats happening is unfair, but you are just helpless.

I would accept negative feedback in case if i dont deliver the service, but if I do and the user still gives me negative feedback. Then I think support team has to consider such problems, they dont have to take sides, just review and if they feel its unfair - just do whats supposed to be done.
