Sean101: Is A Thumbs Up/Down Always Taken When Getting Feeback?

I believe there's no thumbs up or thumbs down automatically if buyer doesn't give any feedback. Rankings in % only go up when thumbs up is given.

I'm thinking it's a thumbs up automatically? I'll check once I've had a cleared gig where the buyer did not place feedback.
