Lot of reasons, may be you have not delivered as promised to buyer, buy has complained to support, or buyer problem with the buyer payment!

Only When your buyer is not satisfied with you.

maybe buyer disputed

maybe buyer was not happy with your service and he complained to admin, so they taken the action, as it was late delivery
