Question for webmasters that own one or more websites. What is your highest score in terms of Google PR?
  2. mqss Member

PR4 for homepage, but it's gone now :)

Why? Got penalized in Google's Panda update?

No, algorithm changes and if you don't build links, PR drops eventually. I used legit WH techniques only, but haven't make any changes on it for almost 2 years now, except publishing some sponsored posts on it . It was still holding on to PR3 for some time, now it's at PR2 after the last update. Traffic on that site still remains the same - 500-600 per day, mostly organic.

Well, to bad you didn't keep a constant flow of backlinks, even 1 backlink per day can make a difference.

I really don't care about Page Rank of my own sites, rankings in SERP are only relevant thing, I have the same amount of traffic on that website for 2 years, PR4 or PR2. :)

My SERP rankings has been there in the top of the google and the highest page rank i got is 4 at home page of the getfreelists which is a seo based website. But i never care too much much about the page ranks.

Page rank 2 for my forum. I haven't checked recently. Unless i'm selling ad space it's not really relevant

Still remember my first recipe site (static HTML). I worked so hard to get that thing to PR2. All legit too, no spam backlinks. And, it didn't hold. That was back in the late 2000's. So much easier now to do anything with SEO/PR.

Mine is PR3 in the past year. I don't really care on PageRank as I'm more concerned on traffic.
    At PR3, I'm constantly getting at least 30k visits a day. :)

But yeah, PR can add up the cost or price of your ads.

That's very impressive for traffic. Does all that traffic translate into increased Google adsense money?
  12. Tommy Matalino Active Member

Yep. But since my niche is not that high paying, my avg is only $20 to $30 a day.

That's still very good. For some people that would be the equivalent of a part time income every month. I'd be very happy with those Adsense results. It's nice to know that's achievable with lots of hard work and dedication to one's site.

I'm quite happy on it, even back when it was only $10 per day. But there are some that are saying that with the amount of traffic I have, I should be earning more.

Most people would be lucky to have $10 Adsense a day from a blog.
  16. Tommy Matalino Active Member

True. Took me a year to get on that level. When I was just starting, I only get at least a dollar a day. Same reason why it took my account at least a year to get to the payment threshold.

I can't wait to be earning that kind of money from Adsense. I really want to put 200 times the effort into my blogging this upcoming year and hopefully i can achieve those results too.

    I have a PR5. :)

Good luck. If you have the heart on your blog, you can definitely succeed.

How long did it take you to reach that?

PR5 would be sufficient for me.
