Well, I think that google is still on top of all of the search engines. If you were to compare any of the two out on the web I think that comparing Bing to Yahoo would be the closest to the same anwser. Personally I dont use any of them besides Google.
When yahoo and google partnered, yahoo grew google phenomenally. Back then, yahoo was the #1 site on the Internet though.
Oh. I never knew that Yahoo and Google partnered before. Maybe back then, I'm not really giving my attention on these things... But all I knew is, Yahoo is very popular many years ago.
Is this an official partnership? As in one company is absorbing the other? Or, are they just working together?
From what I can see on his post, he might meant that they were working together before. But I haven't heard about those partnership.
I think it is a good thing, I think they will start sharing what they have learned to make the ultimate search engine. I like how bing reward you for using theirs very trick thing to do to make more people use it.

Yahoo & Bing both has almost same algorithm and both show almost same search results. Yahoo & Bing which is better is it little tuff to specify.
I like yahoo and google. I really do not use bing that much but when I did I was not really impressed with it at all.
