Not sure. All the stories i found online about it, said no to the lawsuit. But maybe more recently a lawsuit happened. Though really, Google snoops on all us, with their intrusive tracking behavior. Why are they so mad that Bing would snoop on them to get better search results?
Well, Bing is snooping Google's own results. Maybe they are mad because of that. Instead of Google snooping other's data...
Google said they were going to do a lawsuit so I am sure they will sooner or later, but with the major updates Google is suppose to be coming out with I'm sure they dont have time. Bing will never be able to catch up to where Google is today unless Google just does something totally stupid to make all the users leave.
Google isn't run by a few people so "being busy" is not an excuse. I don't think their lawyers are also updating the search engine's algiorithm...
