Sometimes, I'm finding that Bing is actually producing better, more targeted search results than Google. Many times, Google pops up with all kinds of results only slightly related to what i'm searching for. Seems very easy for someone who knows how to trick the search engines to put up a page and then those pages get in search results. I'm not finding the same spam pages on Google though. Did you have this experience with Google's search engines?
I have also heard about that the bing is the better search engine in the market if we consider the search results but i do no think so that its right enough as the results provided by the google are accurate and the fast thats why people use more google than any search engine such like bing, or yahoo.....??????
Same here, maybe its just popularity and me getting used with Google but I always trust Google's searches more then any other search engines. They are also the most relevant for traffic...so, yeah.
I like Google search results for access to Google + posts. But sometimes Google is overwhelming with their comprehensive results.
And, i doubt it will happen in my lifetime. So till then, i will always use Google from now on for both SEO (for my blogs/forum) and searches. Though I won't deny that Bing cuts down the results by focusing. Maybe that's a good thing sometimes though i don't use for serious article research as i feel limited.
It took a lot of time for new pages to show up in BING where in Google, it only takes a matter of minutes before I get to receive incoming traffic to that new blog post.
Is it possible that people are already on your site browsing as a result of finding pages not recently published (through a search in Google) and they find new posts in that way? Or, do you actually see in your stats where it says they came from a search query in Google where your posts was found?
Well, I tried to search for my blog on BING. And the results shows older posts, and only one or two new post. Whereas on Google, new posts get indexed in just a few minutes.
