Especially for a 3$ job, when buyer doesn't have basic understandings of handling the gig's feature and doesn't consider asking for help first, but drops a negative feedback instantly? My first negative feedback, on any marketplace. They say first hurts the most. At almost Level 3, now one negative ratings left and I'm back to Level 1.
Yes, it is the worst IMO. Especially when you provide full details of what you offer and the buyer then says you didn't provide that... but you have proof you did!
I just got my first negative feedback today. I'm still 98% postive but I feel so bad about it. First time that guy bought something like my service, he expected .... gold and diamonds I guess...for just 4 bucks. If he had told me he was unpleased I would just returned him the money. Damn it...
You can always contact the buyer and try to resolve it. If the buyer requests the negative feedback removed or changed, we will be more than happy to do it.
I know, you guys resolved a similar situation some while ago, but the buyer felt genuine bad for giving me that negative feedback. At first wanted to let this one go, but I think I'll try making another deal with the buyer after you just said. Thanks Jordan!
Sometimes they are just trolls. I got a negative feedback for nothing at all. the buyer make stupid claims that shows he clearly doesn't have any idea in how the stuff works.
I have no gigs posted but I can imagine how negative feedback would feel. If you feel that you did a good job, and they give you negative feedback, that could sting a bit.
If it can help you to grow in what you are doing, then it is fine with me. But if they are just leaving negative feedback and you did the job right, that makes me upset.
