Well no doubt google is the better than both of them. Google is the fastest and the accurate search engine proivder we can trust the results provided by the google it is covering the almost 80%market of internet. Lots of tools and products and services are provided by the google thus google has become the king of internet.

Best Google. Yet Yahoo is also good. There related to each other. But I love them site. Both are maintain important rules for seo.

Google is the boss and it's hard to believe any other search engine could take it's spot. But it would be interesting if they both had 50/50 traffic and completely different algorithms. Yahoo never brought me any decent amount of traffic, although I had many keywords ranked higher in Yahoo than Google in the past, I don't even check SERP in Yahoo any more.

It's been years since i got any major traffic from Yahoo. So I'd vote for Google as being the search engine to target.

Funny thing, how Goolge infiltrated out lives so completely from moneymaking ventures (with Adsense), searches with Google.com and blogging (Blogger.com) to Gmail. There's nothing in our lives that doesn't involve Google. Just try to go one day without Google and see how much work you get done?

I do get traffic from Yahoo, but only a small portion compared to traffic coming from Google.
Maybe because there are more Google users than Yahoo.

Yahoo is better for entertainment news and games than Google though. I like their email too.

I would say Yahoo is good for news... but alot of stuff they have on the front page are from contributors...not even accurate. Hell, their domain is about to expire on Jan 18th 2013 - I wonder if YAHOO is going under. ( I know some are thinking --"i would buy the domain" ) it would cost too much anyway.
    GOOGLE is the wayy!!!!

Random site of mine, traffic from Google:
    6,593
Traffic from Yahoo for the same period:
    296
Traffic from Bing for the same period:
    121

So yeah, Google is the boss.

---I don't see why Yahoo is still where its at...
I think the Yahoo days are over -- Yahoo was the year 2000- 2006

My casual email is on yahoo while my business mail is on Google. And since I open my Yahoo more frequently, I have the mails from Google, forwarded to Yahoo.

I'm spending way more time on Yahoo mails than ever before. If only cause my forum email is Yahoo email and also so is my email for SEOClerks.

So you have all these notifications on yahoo mail?
I also have them on my Gmail, but I forward them to different inboxes so it won't get cluttered with the important stuffs.

I just need to adjust my forum settings from various forums where i post so that threads are not subscribed.

But when I'm using a different mail on posting jobs, I always fail to fix those notifacations so my spam email address are indeed full of spam...

According to me Google is king of the whole world of internet. It is one of the best services provider which are more usable and favourable by all.
Google is more user-friendly and and providing excellent feature such as Google map, Google Translator and G mail.

And, many forums that i go to have it so that you are automatically subscribed to EVERY thread you post/respond to. And, that can be cumbersome, especially once you have left the forum and no longer post there. Worse, you can't unsubscribe if you forget your login details. I hit the spam button sometimes and that puts them in the spam box, sometimes but not always.
