If I know my subject then it seems like it takes no time at all. But if I have to do research, then it will take me a while to do.

Usually I spend 1 - 1:30 hours in writing my post, because I want my post to be keyword rich and SEO optimized and easy to understand.

About an hour. Sometimes more or sometimes less just depending on what research I do for it.

I can spend up to 2 hours depending on the length and the amount of research I need to do. So yes it takes a longer time for me.

It would normally take me a few hours depending on what I was doing. If it was an interview then it wouldn't take me very long because I would have it done easily but if it was an article from scratch then it would take a while because I would have to come up with the idea and get images and all that fun stuff.

I prefer writing the whole of the post in one go. So considering it is just a snippet post or similar, I publish it in 30 minutes plus an SEO overhead of 15 minutes to optimize it.
But when its a tut, it like a 4 -5 hours journey into Google, Photoshop, all my drives... and the result is a clean tut.

These are just my case keeps, I have a friend of mine who blogs about culture of our native state, it takes him almost three months to publish a single article. Word count is pretty decent, with a north of 400 and includes a dozen clicked images (unedited).

So, it really is a question with answers spanning horizon.

Depends I would say on what the content is going to be about. I think that if you have to do research, it will take you longer. If I would not know anything about the subject or very little it would take me a few hours I would say.

When I am inspired to write, that means I have the stock knowledge for all the information that I need. I can finish a blog in 1 hour that includes the review and proof-reading plus the accompanying photos. It's actually the photos that inspire me to write. The blog I am talking about is a pet blog and my articles are more about my dogs. But if I would write outside my comfort zone, it would probably take me a day to finish one blog or maybe longer depending on the information that I can inject in the article. If lacking in information then I have to do a research.

I use an hour to do research about the topic, which is the most crucial part of writing a better content for my blog. After the research part, I try as much as I could to write the article in less than two hours, though such lengthy articles take me at least two hours to complete.

A typical short post of about 150-200 words would take about 20-30 minutes inclusive of proofreading and grammar check. If it's not to difficult a topic then about 15 minutes.

It looks like you are one prolific writer. With your speed in writing, you can perhaps come up with 10 articles of that size (200 words). In the early days that I started freelancing, there was a writing site that publishes submitted short articles. If you were there you would probably be one of the star writers. Unfortunately, that site closed shop due to bankruptcy.
