    What can I do if a buyer places order but doesn't complete details?

    What can be done if a buyer places an order but doesn't provide complete details as required? For instance, maybe they have not provided the website address on which to work or detailed instructions.

    You can simply message the buyer and ask him to provide you with more complete instructions. If he does not provide the instructions, you may refuse the order within the first 24 hours. This can be done without having to mutually cancel the order.
