Cruel & Nagging Buyer

Please read this message I sent to the SEOClerks support today. I haven't got any reply from them yet. Please help me. I am a new seller and 100% positive seller rating is a must for me to survive.

Hi Admins!

My name is Parkinson Moore. I have been a buyer and a seller both at SEOClerks. I started selling here about 2 weeks ago since then I have got 4 recommendations and total 8 positive reviews, no negative review at all.

So, this buyer from India with the username "AMMADME" bought a service from me and I failed to deliver it on time, as I got more orders than I could deliver and had some family problems, flu and internet connectivity problems too. After 6 days, he asked me why haven't you completed the work, I told him that I wasn't well and I will complete it ASAP. I didn't mention any date to him. He didn't send me a cancellation request ever. Today, he said to me "Deliver it within 1 hour or I will complain against you to the community". So, I sent him a mutual cancellation proposal and told him that we are also human beings and you should not get rude to us like that.

Then, he asked me why did you waste my nine days? I gave him the explanation and then he said "I am gonna report you, that will be good only". So, I forced cancel his order.

After that I am seeing 88.9% as my seller rating where it should be 100% as I have 0 negative reviews.

Kindly look into the matter and give me my 100% seller rating back please.

Thank You
Parkinson Moore

Unfortunately, none of us here can help you with your issue. You will need to wait for helpdesk response. They have access to all transactions, messages and services so i believe they will be on it soon. I really hope you will be ok. But i have to say that you should do something to prevent this, maybe cancel the job earlier or whatever...

Thanks Webnesia and Anwebservices for the reply. Appreciate it. Today, I went through another thing, I was a level 3 seller, but my level has been reduced to 1, is it because I am having many late orders?

Will I ever get my Level 3 back?

Will appreciate the responses?

It is very sad that force cancel is your only option for dealing with an abusive or bullying buyer. And, when you insist on cancellation by using force cancel then YOU as the seller are punished.

In all honesty, I would side with the buyer on this. Yes, we can have unexpected problems or issues that delay providing a service but if you had communicated this to the buyer at an earlier stage then he may have reacted differently. Waiting 9 days until the buyer contacts you isn't really providing customer service is it?
Anyway, look at improving your delivery and customer service and I am sure you will regain your level3.
