What happens when someone orders your service and...

What happens when someone orders my service, but does not make the secondary request to attach additional information? The information that is needed to actually start the order? I do not receive any money, but they have paid for the service through their own means.
Does the request eventually get refunded to them? Does SEO just keep the money? Does it just wait in limbo?

If you are the seller, I think it's good for you to do "cancellation".

In Refund Policy, SEOClerks write:
"Refunds are only given if work has not been delivered by the seller. This means the seller is not responding to you nor has made any attempt to deliver your ordered work.

Refunds will not be given for disputes (work delivered but rejected), balance purchases, or for any other reason except undelivered work. Funds will be returned to your SEOClerks balance for future balance purchases."

Because the type of this case is included in undelivered work, I think SEOClerks will refund the money to the buyer.
Sorry if my english bad, it's just my opinion, for the exact answer, i'm not sure.

In that case the order will not start. You can message the buyer from the order page. If he does not respond, contact the buyer to his/her message box. It had worked for me few times.

You don't get an option to cancel the order. We get the e-mail notification that an order has been started and that the client still needs to submit instructions for the seller. So there's no chance for us to act. All we can do is maybe send them a private message and ask them about it. If they do not respond, the order never even starts processing.

I've had a few orders like that where a buyer ordered a service and then never posted on the order page and never responded to my messages, so I simply contact the help desk with the order number and tell them to remove it so I doesn't sit there forever.

We should contact the buyer to start the service or send a ticket to the help desk to cancel or refund the buyer.

first get the order id from manage sales...
there you will get the buyer's username...
contact with the buyer and remind him to start the order....
whenever he see your message, he will start his order....
