Website Feature and Vulnerability

Hey everyone. Yes I understand my profile says I am still a new member here but I believe I have a lot to contribute to the community. I and a few other people have had some problems with a service that is currently featured on the homepage of SEOClerks.com the service is listed by the AJLANCER - Here is a link to the service that brought this website feature and vulnerability into question.

The Falsely Advertised Service: https://www.seoclerks.com/Traffic/...-web-site-for-30
This Service is Falsely Advertised In These Ways:

  • 100% Real Human Traffic (This is 100% False, traffic is generated by a popular traffic exchange website)
  • UNLIMITED Real (This is False, it is not unlimited and it is not real)
  • Ever Cheapest (This is obviously not the cheapest traffic service on SEOClerks)
  • 100% Positive Rating (This is again obviously False)
  • Says Service is Staff Certified (This is False, Staff Member Jordan Removed Certification)

AJLANCER even blatantly lies in the listing saying that not bot or software of any kind is used to GENERATE the traffic. Even so much so to say that you should not buy the service if you want fake traffic because they only deliver real traffic.

THE RECOMMENDATION FOR FEATURES AND WEBSITE FLAWS:

As mentioned above I have been in contact with Staff Member Jordan. The certification for this listing as Staff Recommended has been removed. Staff Member Jordan commented that this was an old feature on the website and the seller might have been delivering quality traffic at one point in time.

The feature and flaw is that I and other people have cancelled their orders with AJLANCER in order to get our wasted $29 back after AJLANCER scammed and ripped us off. I can go on and on about that lack of quality and communication and late delivery and falsely advertised service but the point was that after all this I wanted to leave my feedback or review of the service received. However, once any buyer cancels and order, in order to get a refund, they are no longer entitled to leave a review the quality of services and customer service delivered to them from any seller in question, not just AJLANCER.

I expressed my concerns to Staff Member Jordan about the matter and he said that when people cancel an order, in order to get a refund, for services not delivered or any reason, that that buyer is no longer allowed to leave a reviews. He said this is to prevent sellers from getting negative reviews when they have a "Bad Experience" with a buyer. I explained how this was flawed and how it could be fixed.

Here are my thoughts:

  • Buyers should be able to leave a review for any service they buy regardless of if they receive a refund or not.
  • Sellers should handle themselves in such a way that even when they have a "bad experience" with a buyer that they should not be worried about a negative review.
  • Reviews are meant to be honest and unbiased. Otherwise you defeat the purpose of the review
  • I asked that this feature of the website be looked at and revamped
  • I would like to see a feature similar to Amazon where you can look at everyone's reviews, positive and negative. I find this to be extremely helpful and informative.

Staff Member Jordan advised me that I should take to the forums so I told him I would be posting this with a poll question on your thoughts. Please vote and leave your comments or feedback (I promise you're allowed to leave your review even if you disagree with me) I asked Staff Member Jordan to help out and Sticky this post so that the community as a whole could weigh in on the subject matter. Please understand this is not a personal attack on AJLANCER but rather an important subject matter, about the website, to look into.

Hello, I get your point but, as a seller I can tell you that there is other sellers that only want to give you a bad reputation, they just buy, we complete the order and gives a bad review, but when you look at the buyers service, THEY SELL THE SAME SERVICE THEY BOUGHT, so it's kinda mesed up if you look at that way.

Yes, and that is why the site has moderators and admins. Why continue to let shady stuff like this happen on SEOClerks?

Oh well, I guess this issue has been settled with the banning of selling Facebook likes and followers that I think selling traffic is also banned. But anyway, moderators of this site should be on the lookout for scammers because it can hurt the brand of the site particularly with the business side since this is like a market. Sellers should now be screened and buyers should report issues and problems.
