If there is an issue on site, (such as copied sales page or spam PM, etc) how should I report it. Such as, what is the link to the help desk or how would I go about filling out a help desk ticket?

If there is a spam message, just click the spam link on the message. If someone blatantly copied your services, try and contact the user to remove it. If they fail with your request, ask support. However, Support wants users to first try and work out the problem. If that fails then you would contact support.
