If I don't want to receive order from a particular buyer.

I have this serious problem. There is one buyer who have bought some service from me. He told me that he would buy my service regularly. Anyway the buyer is not at all friendly and I am having problem working with him.
He already given me positive reviews for my service. I am afraid if I stop working with him, he will change those positive feedback to negative. That will have a bad effect on my sales. I am very much new here in seoclerks. How to deal with this issue?

Sounds quite complex, sorry but I don't have a single idea how to prevent this issue. Try contacting staff members, see if they can help you

The only advice I can give you would be to contact support. You can do this HERE.
It's difficult when you're in this type of situation. Have all of the previous orders been marked as complete? I don't believe the buyer can go back and change a positive review once it's said and done, but just to make sure I would check with staff to ensure it can't be reversed.

try to avoid sending scam messages to him and submit a ticket to the staff members regarding this issue.....and they i will bann their account or do something

Why on earth would they ban the buyers account???
@Topseoservice didn't mention anything about spamming the buyers account.
He had explained that the person was difficult to deal with, and he chooses not to deal with him...

Hi there,
That's quite a problem and I understand your worries. However, the buyer won't be able to change the feedback once the feedback has been given, so there's no reason for you to worry about him changing the positives to negative ones. That doesn't work.

Since there's no way of "blocking a person" today (I don't think it is. Yet.) I'd suggest that you tell your client whenever he place a new order that you won't or can't work with him because he's impolite or whatever. (Or state another reason of why you won't be able to deliver his order.)

When you do that, you should also send a "mutual cancellation" and say something like:
"I can't do this because _________________, sorry. Accept this mutual cancellation and you'll get your money back."

Note that you won't receive negative feedback for mutual cancellations.

I believe that's the only way to get rid of clients, as of today's date.

Regards,
hitmeasap

There is an option to cancel the order in the first 24 hours, but you should not use this option too often as there could be consequences for your account.

Once you are finished with the final order from this buyer, send a message to the buyer through your SEOClerks interface explaining why you cannot work with them anymore. And, then ask the buyer not to order from you again. You can be as detailed as you need or simply state that you no longer have time to work on their project and suggest they go to another seller for services. This could be the most diplomatic way to handle the situation.
