When it comes to freelancing, you always want to make sure that your Buyers come first. The moto "The customer is always right" is one that you must live by. Your clients are the lifeline of your Business, and here on SEOclerks, Business is what this marketplace is based on. Therefore, no matter what they say, no matter what they do, you as a seller have to keep your cool, never get angry, never argue, be as mature and responsible as possible. Reason being, battling your customers is not just a battle you can never win, but if you take things to far, you may just lose your account/ be banned. All in all, keep in mind: who has the most to lose? and who needs who in order to be successful?

I will not agree with you. Because you advised to follow this - buyer is always right. I would differ with your point. Although you should provide the required support for every buyer; however there may be buyers who may not have the complete information. Because of that he/she will not understand what you have done and may request for refund. In this case, you should politely inform the buyer about your offer.

Negotiation is a must have skill for every freelancer.

Exactly the point I was telling my colleague in the freelancing world earlier in the day that for we are freelancers, we need to handle these clients with care so as not to lose them to other freelancers that are currently looking for clients. However, I think that one needs to know when a client is getting out of bounds and there is need to caution those clients on the need to act professionally as well. That we are freelancers does not give the clients the opportunity to treat us anyhow.
