No Bad rating for sellers that refunds were required?!?!

The problem with this system is that if you want to leave a bad review about a seller you must accept his work in order to do so. Well here is the problem with this. If the seller truly is bad then you reject the order. This does not allow you to let other buyers know to beware of his activities.

I had the worst experience ever with a seller that took me hours to check his work and give him proof that out of 250 accounts he provided me with only 122 of the actually worked. Only 60 of them had profile images. I gave him a text file marking every account that was not working. Obviously this is not acceptable. I tried to reason with him and give him options to make it right. But his response was "Your are a Fraud, Sorry".

Buyers beware of this seller!!!!

Sorry you had this experience with the Seller. If you wish to file a complaint, you can do so via email, OR if you wish to submit a ticket to see if there is something that can be done, that is an option as well.

Please do let us know how you make out!

hello i am seller of level 3 one buyer give me a negative when i am new user in levell 1 seoclerks for my late delivery and other 1 buyer cancel my order by administrator.but witch is i am compleate properly.i am complain seoclerks helpsupport.but the administrator take no action for this complain.

If you have already submitted a ticket or emailed them, then unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. If it's only been a couple of days, then just sit tight... But... unfortunately, if there's nothing that can be done, then there's nothing that can be done.

Usually you hear from support either way, whether or not anything can be done.

Has the funds been refunded to your account?

If you have already had your money refunded back into your SEOClerks account, then all you can do is just file a complaint (which you have already done). They cannot "take action" against an order that has already been refunded the money, as it's already been taken care of.

Sorry for any inconvenience you have gone through.

If you have a bad experience with a seller or buyer, you are welcome to call them out here:

You will have this option even if you asked for a refund.

This is the best way to alert others of the situation.

Just an update for this seller. Yes he did refund my account. ONLY because he had 100% guarantee. But no one likes to be called a fraud even after presenting them with a great amount of evidence.

BUT to be fair to this seller, because he did do work. Here is what I sent him:
==Quote==
So if you want me to be FAIR. Here is the math of what Fair would be.
($62) Original Price - 250 accounts with profile pictures
122 - 250 = 49% [49% of $62 = $30.38]
Out of 122 accounts only 60 had profile pictures [122 - 60 = 49.1%]
So $30.38 - 49.1% = $14.91
So the actual value of your work is $14.91. Which is 24%
== End Quote ==

I offered him $10 because of the insult, which he accepted.
But after seeing I was not exact in my math (the 60 accounts not having profiles pictures should not been a full removal. Only 25% because I did get the account, just no profile pic. So I could not count them as not totally complete.

End of it all. I purchased a random service of his for $15. Then wrote a message to mark the order complete and this was payment for the work he had done.

So much time wasted arguing with these sellers. It is sad.
