    This is Google dude ;) they do what they want, i think they don't want to release new pr update for few days or months.

    To avoid all the spam going on. Google might hide PR from general public for ever. Blog comment backlinks for example are dead right now because there should be 3-4 PR updates since the last one and all the comment pages with actual good PR from a year ago have lost it completely and were already discovered by most people and spammed out to death. PR why not Update in 2013?

    Note! Google has already updated to New PageRank in december month 2013. Have a look by you self!

    I'm sure Matt Cutts is not clued in to all the inner workings of Google. And, anyway he is not going to tell us exactly when this update will occur. Thankfully the PR update has already come, so many webmasters are happy.
