Kinda agree with this. But it can be a little hard considering newer sites only have a few people around, especially if your niche is kinda not that popular.

But, that's the best reason to use those sites, as they're not already cluttered with so many people in your own niche. Then as those sites become popular, you are already established as an expert there in your niche and your backlinks are older than the ones being posted by newer members.

Well social networking and marketing are the beneficial in two ways personal as well as professional. For example its connecting people to people, makes new contacts, also helpful for promoting the business and product description. Now social media like Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook etc are used by almost every person if it is professional or non-professional.

I remember in the olden days, the business card of a company contains the business address and phone number. Now, it seems that the website and email address is more important than the phone number especially for firms offering services because they can send details and quotations via email while the prospective client can view their website for more convenience. I agree that the social media is the most potent marketing venue now such that Facebook pages are growing in number every day. So if you have a business, don't be left behind. Create a Facebook page to promote your business.
