How To Block An Abussive Buyer/Competitor?

Hello all,I have dealt with an abusive buyer which gave me some spam link to share and now he is leaving negative comments on my service. I have refunded him his money and told him I don't want to work with him anymore but he leaves 10+ comments on my service claiming that I have banned his website from Reddit. I didn't do anything it's just his website it's full of ads and some spam content including viruses also.

How can I prevent him from commenting on my services?

Report the member and the issue to support. Make sure you give them all the details so they don't have to hunt for the information. Help them to help you. Also, ask if they could remove the spam or abusive comments once they have completed their investigation into the matter. Give support time to resolve the issue, be patient.

Yes I would most certainly report the buyer to the SeoClerks staff. I am a buyer and if I am unhappy with a service I purchase I will let the seller know, I will leave a negative review and maybe request a refund.

However I will not spend my time leaving repeated comments on that sellers profile, this is purely vindictive and nasty.

If the buyer cannot understand that things went wrong because of his or her own doing well, there are plenty of people that are doing underhanded things on their websites so there is not much you can do about that.

Do you have the option of deleting his comments? If yes do that for a while, he will eventually stop, if he doesn't well just flag him as spam or contact SEOclerks staff and show them your problem. They'll take the most appropriate measure if it turns out he is indeed abusing the comment section.

Good luck.

Any comment on your service page can e deleted by you, just have look links next to comment. No need to argue. And also you can contact support help desk to report abuse and possibly remove negative rating if you can prove that it was not your fault. Best of luck!

A lot of the times buyers will buy a service, and state that it was your service that got their website blocked. For instance, I could sell a service for 10k real human traffic from Google, and if Google blocks their website due to their own mischievious actions they will automatically think it was my service that got them blocked.

You'll need to provide proof that it wasn't your service that got their website blocked, unsure how you can do this since they stated they were blocked via Reddit. However, there is no option from blocking a user from commenting on your services, and if your User Level is high enough you'll be able to remove those comments. Best of luck!

Hi SpezzViews thanks for your question. Yes, you have right to cancel order or refund to the buyer, if order requirement does not match with your service term of condition. I faced many buyers who just try to give me abused site which I do not accept. Though I wrote everything clearly on service description. I just simply refund them by order cancelation. If your buyer does not try to understand why you have canceled order or refund order, and if try to misuse SEOclerks system by commenting in your service, firstly just try to remove all comments from there, you are level 3 users, so, you can do remove it. After all, if buyer continue to do misuse, just complaint to help desk. They will take necessary steps.

Hey man I hate when stuff like this happens trust me nobody wants to go through dealing with a buyer like that honestly we really do not, I think the simplest way to handle it honestly would be contacting support and reporting the issues and the buyer that is giving problems that way the situation can be handled properly and you don't have to worry about dealing with that excessive abuse , it does suck when you have to deal with things like this but you also have to keep in mind that it is part of the game you know

I am sorry about this. It is a pity what extremes some people go to! Take a screen shot of the comments he made so that you will have evidence of what he is writing to show to support. Then until they get back to you you can try to delete the comments that he is posting. When such things happen it is best to report to administrators, explain what happened and they will be able to deal with him accordingly as that is abusive behavior.

Brilliant suggestion EliteWriter for taking screenshots. I also hate this sort of abusive behavior.
