First time seoclerks member often face this issue

Hello as i am seller i have seen many orders canceled by the seller due to some mistake of one of the seoclerks feature..

First time user when placing the first of their order they are not aware to start the order by writing something on it to start on it.

After few days the order canceled by the member as its not delivered.

The seller can't deliver it even the buyer paid the seller unless and until its started.

Many of my orders canceled as buyer thought i can't able to deliver it. So this issues need to be fixed. Separate feature to be implemented where i can see not started order so that i can msg them to start the order or completely disable that system...

yeah, i think it is the big issues for us as seller, do you ever met this problem before?

yes i have faced this issue many times...i think the feature is enabled for such services where buyer requirement is needed but not in all cases where no buyer requirement is needed..i would be happy if seoclerks development team can find some solution for it..its loss for both the sellers and buyers and also seoclerks due to this small issue.

As a seller there is a lot you can do to instruct the novice buyer on how to use the site; for instance, you might include a link to a how to video or tutorial on how to 'start' the INCOMPLETE order.

Sometimes written instructions are ignored by the buyer. Though at least one seller that I know includes this technique for starting the order in his actual service description. And, he's one of the biggest sellers on the SEOClerks Marketplace. So maybe he's on to something.

Nice question, thank you. I have run into this issue before and I just end up messaging the client to let them know that in order for me to start their order, they must sumbit details. Maybe Seoclerks can put some kind pop up screen after they place their order, to inform the buyer that nothing can be started by the seller unless they submit details first. Hopefully this can help you a little bit and maybe admin will consider something like this! Thanks again Sayan!

I'm not against this kind of thing, but with that being said, every little update takes time and energy away from the big updates. Even if it seems like a little tweak, it's probably not. And, even adding one little line of text here or there takes time. Actual coding is involved.

As a seller, you have a responsibility instruct your buyers extensively in the 'instructions' box on exactly how to start that order. Or, if you know which buyer that it is with an incomplete order, then message them with good details on how to start that order. Don't expect a novice buyer to know how this is done, most don't/won't and will blame you for not receiving the followers/likes/whatever even if it's the buyer's fault for not providing those initial details on the INCOMPLETE order.

Little does a buyer know, the order never reaches the seller if they can't do that one simple thing, login and add their information. It's your job to inform them.

Its okay but many buyer not understand English properly..many buyer ask question where to write it..

If seller waste time on buyer and guiding them how to place order then replying to others who need actual support regarding my services will be delayed. I have been here 1 year and i usually avoided this issue but last month many orders canceled due to this.

I am receiving many order daily so its very hard for me to keep checking mails of every orders..I came to know when the order been canceled by the buyer.

This will take time to be fixed but i am sure every seller faced this issue atleast one time on seoclerks.

Maybe SEOclerks should have a first order introduction tutorial. Where the seller is guided by a special structure that only appears on the first order.
Much like those registrations apps and games that guide you until you set up your first "something". After this first guide and tutorial, there should be a message, "you are now ready to use SEOclerks marketplace".

I doubt many of the new clients know how to reach their active orders section.

yap, yesterday one of my buyer do that.he ask me with a message , why job not started.and Im telling her to check her order, and yap, he not writing something get make job started,
