Here are some of my suggestions.

1. Keep regional TLD like say .us or say .ca etc for local tourism.
2. Avoid low cost articles. Instead do keyword research and some content study and ask the content writer to write in that fashion.
3. Hosting you can check from siteground and hawkhost. That should work well in that case.

thank you so much for your time

Just one more question:

if I keep regional TLD like say .pk ..how it will effect on international region?
because as we know .com is more effective if we want to rank our website in US UK or other regions?

Google when search is made chooses regional TLD for localized information. If you want international traffic then .com is what you need. Though using .PK is lot better if you want traffic that can be good for ads and also asking for the people to sponsor. You get where I am going with that?

Thanks for the write on here. Here the first important matter is domain selection. In case of domain selection you must choice the high keywords value based domain keyword so that you can generate traffic by domain keyword based first. Secondly you can search and find out the domain keywords by free form adwords.google.com and check there have a free keyword tool name Keyword search. After that you will search your domain keywords and you will find some important keywords which have high volume about specific geo location based and or worldwide based. After selecting the domain name- your second duty is to buy an important hosting for you. If you search on google you will find huge and huge web hosting packages. By my choice you can select the blue host web hosting.Thirdly you need to find out a template or theme. If you like CMS based website than word press will be super and beautiful. Blue host works fine with word press theme. You can buy travel related theme from any theme store. Later you will set up domain with hosting as a name server and you will download the word press from the hosting server and you will get an administration section of word press user details. Later You will upload your desired theme and content management system based word press website make is so much easy.

Before that you need to prepare all of your page contents. The contents should need to be unique and SEO keyword based must. In this way you will get a hassle free service. If you need more help feel free to reply me.

Thanks
Centurion

It would pay to consider making arrangements for other language options on the tourism site because there is every possibility of having so many people with different languages that aren't familiar with English language visiting the site.

This would make it very easy to use the site by any of these visitors because of the availability of other language options to use on the site.

Well, you should name the domain after your business name, so that the customer that will be going to your website will have an idea about your business.

That is one good point. BUt he is developing the tourism business. and he wants keyword specific traffic I am guessing. But your suggestion is right that he should be building the website around the name of business. That way he don't have to struggle much on that count.

I have always stressed so much about keeping things simple whenever it comes to web design because when it gets too complicated, it doesn't bode well for both the site and the visitors.

Going with the business name seems to be a pretty good idea because it's definitely going to remark on what the business is all about. Keep it simple and clean.

I think everything is relative. It all depends on what you would like to achieve. Your domain would depend on what area of tourism you are targeting and which area. I agree that you should use keywords for your domain, this will help you get traffic on your website. They are many hosting options out there. You can also get some on SEO clerks. I would suggest you try and test different options until you find something that works for you. There is no all size fits all option, different options work for different people.

As you have future plans to expand your tourism business to international market, I would suggest for .com TLD. You can also opt for the latest TLDs like .io, .co etc. They are also good for branding.

Regarding the web hosting, a dedicated IP address should be one of the ideal criteria that you must look for. Here at this marketplace, you will find many good offers regarding web hosting.

Considering he has local reach for the tourism and not international. I think that is one reason working with local TLD is lot better. And one has to consider the domain and the hosting for handling that part. That is what I have learned from my experience with such type of the hosting that may work around there as well.

My only suggestion is for you to have a long list of topics for making into articles later because you will be needing contents to your website. Don’t forget that tourism is mainly the photos and images that you can provide because travelers will always be wanting to see the photographs especially of the places that you are promoting. With the domain and hosting I have no choice because it is up to you to decide depending on the kind of budget that you have.

The only suggestion I have to offer to you here is to ensure that you build your website in a way that it's going to be representing every your business is all about and this way, those visiting your site for one reason or another will definitely be satisfied with what they get to see. Also try to make the design as friendly as possible.

Yeah, the website should act like a offline shop which means for the people that visit the site being able to handle things when they land on the website. A tourist website should be easy to navigate through when we are looking at how services should be rendered upon.
