A security incident forced us to restore from a backup taken on 28 August. Orders and payments made in roughly the 24 hours before the restore may not appear in your account yet. We are recovering them.

Contact support if an order or payment of yours is missing.

As a precaution, you will be asked to choose a new password the next time you sign in.

If a service is rejected then refunded, does if affect the rating? I have some low rating, is it by force rejecting the service of by cancel and refund option? I have had some drop in ratings, and i would like to know why, there is no information on the website either Thank you all, regards, gameloft

No sir, offering a refund does not have a affect on your rating that perfeectly fine.. If you force close thats when it has a negative rating hope it helps and stay 100%

If you force rejected any order then it will effect your current rating, otherwise you don't have any effect on your rating if you click mutual cancellation or ask admin for cancelling the order.
