This message may appear for 1 of 2 reasons. The first if you were message restricted, that message would appear anytime you send any messages. Secondly it will appear when you have entered a banned word, the only way to tell you the specific problem would be to see the text. Most of the time if you read it over you'll find a word in their that is banned for a good reason.
