Now i am lavel 1 but i already sell 10 order yet but only get 2 feedback but i cant create 1$ gig. when i want to create its says that you cant create 1$ gig because of you are lavel 1 seller. how can i increate my lavel and when i can able to create less than 5$ gig

If you want to level up ,you mast do this . 1st you should delivery 10 order completed.1 day or less response time.Secondly work, you should give answer. Have a 90% seller rating must be.Please wait at least 20 day.and get your level up.
