Are You Familiar With the New SEOClerks Responsible Listing Guidelines?

Recently, SEOClerks have updated their Responsible Listing Guidelines which sets guidelines for the types of things you can list and sell on SEOClerks. Some of these guidelines say that you cannot "include third party trademarks or logos not owned or licensed by the seller (yourself)" and also that they "should not include any trademarks or logos that are confusingly similar to a third party’s trademarks or logos". You're also not allowed to "include the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person (living or dead) without their permission" as well as "not contain copyrighted materials owned by others, without their permission".

As a seller here, its YOUR responsibility to make sure you are familiar with, aware of, understand, abide by and respect these guidelines which were put in place to protect the interest of SEOClerks and all buyers and sellers here also.

The listing guidelines also contains a list of prohibited content that you are not allowed to include in any of your listings either. These are pretty much common sense and are there for good reason. Remember that if your listing doesn't abide by these guidelines it can be deleted, altered, edited, rejected or just removed at any time without needing to give you any notice of it.

So if you've found that one of your gigs has been removed, it may very well be that it breached one of the guidelines listed in the Responsible Listing Guidelines page.

So whether you're an old, experienced seller here, or you're new to SEOClerks, visit that page and check out the new listing guidelines to prevent that from happening!

Remember - they're not there to make it hard for you to sell things. They're there for your benefit, to protect your interests, and the interests of SEOClerks too.

Also, the SEOClerks TOS (Terms of Service) has also been recently updated too to contain some new rules and regulations that as a user, you have agreed to accept and abide by. Most of it is common sense, but you should take a look at these two very important pages on SEOClerks site so that you can avoid trouble later on! Hi Yes I am very familiar with new Responsible Listing Guidelines of SEOclerks. We know nowadays SEOclerks very strict against spammer or copy paste writer, fraud buyer and seller etc in whole ionicware networks. And part of this they expose and impose new listing which you above describe.

And I think everybody will need to read and follow all rules whether he/she is a seller or buyer. Mostly new comers do not know about our term of condition or rules on SEOclerks and some are trying to abuse everything they can. And new sellers do not know which service or what logo they will be allowed to use on service listings.

By the way they start with coping and pasting other seller service and hijack third party trademarks or logos. And 1 to 6 all listing very importance for all seller before publish their service. And number one Prohibited Content very importance to protect SEOclerks. These facts False, misleading, inaccurate, or unsubstantiated claims or content very common on SEOclerks. And following facts equally convey very impotency.

So, I requested to all before starting work on SEOclerks please read this section. Hope if you follow those, you do not need to disappointed after creating service. And SEOclerks TOS (Term of service) and Privacy Policy also very importance for all.

Thanks

SeoClerks is a great platform, and there are many professional and serious freelancers here. The services that they offer are of a high quality, and this helps maintain the reputation of the site. Unfortunately there are still a number of 'sellers' who claim that they offer a great service and yet this may not be quite the case. SeoClerks has thus issued this Responsible Listing Guidelines as a measure against this. Every seller should make sure to read through them and understand them before putting up any service for sale. The site is offering us a good service by being a well established and popular platform for freelancers, and so we have a responsibility to keep up that good reputation by offering high quality services and abiding with the rules set here. Sometimes I find questions about why a seller's service was discontinued or removed. The reason is because that seller did not abide with one or more of these guidelines. Therefore it makes sense to make sure to go through them and understand them so as to make the most out of this site, while also improving your chances of gaining a good reputation, and in turn you gain more clients and money too!
