We have a 95 minute meeting between three people recorded to .wav format. The limitations of the recording equipment have resulted in one of the voices being much louder than the other two. This is a single-track, mono recording. Additionally, there is some hum and some other background noise.

We need the file to be cleaned up for transcription. Fortunately, there is only one voice speaking at a time with a few brief exceptions, so it will be relatively easy to adjust the volumes. We would like all voices to be similar volume and as clear as possible.
We will send the original approx 500mb wav file via file-sending service.
