How do you know it's copy and paste on a post?

I am starting a new job as a moderator on a forum and need some help deciding which posts are real and which ones are copied. I need to know your best tips for deciding if something is copy and pasted from another site.

It will be fairly easy to spot a spammer as they will usually join and post lots of very lengthy content on the same day.

Copy some part of the content from starting , middle or end and paste on google search it will show you the results and you can check the results if its copied or not . I always do that and it really helped me a lot to find out copied content . I hope this would help How do you know it

In another thread, @Beverly had posted about using Google to check if the content was copied or not. Copy a line or 2 from the post and search it. If it was copied from another source, Google will surely find that source and show it in the search list. That is a neat way of determining a copycat because it is a simple method by just using the search engine.
