    you can complain to Google by using Reporting a Violation massage.

    It depends on where your stolen content is published. If it it published on a website, use a link that says report violation. If that link is not available, contact the admin of the site through contact button and report your case. If that does not happen, you can check the website on who is Guard and contact the hosting company. You can also report to Google and ask to block the website from search engine.

    I had 12 of my posts at Hubpages copied and pasted by someone else at expertscolumn. I had reported to the admin and Hubpages but Hubpages told me to contact with DMCA for actions.

    All you need to do is copy the link of that plagiarist , the posts URL link and your post URL link, send email to DMCA and write out your message. You need to wait around 1 week for any news and up to 1 month for any action taken.

    This is also my question regarding the copying of my website’s content. I didn’t know that you can report it to Google. But what will Google do with the website of the copycat? Google is just a search engine and it has no authority over the websites. Maybe it can suspend the website of the copycat but that’s just it. The copycat’s website will still be working with other search engines so its SEO will still function.
