What is the use of Online Status?

I have seen the status shown on every person account, either online or offline. But, I don't find much difference between the two. Because, If we order a service, We would like to have some interaction with the seller. So, We will check him, whether he will be online or not? If it shows online, we will send a message, But, We are not sure, whether the person checks our message or not? Its better, if SEO Clerks introduce to make people know, whether their message has been seen by the other person. And it is necessary for a high rated seller to reply to their buyer's message, to continue his ratings. Otherwise, degrade his level. So, How many can support this thread?

Well being online doesn't mean he should reply straight away. He could be busy right?

Hm... Interesting... But i personally many times looking who is online or not. Specially when i need to outsource some job and when it has to be done quickly.

In other hand, many times i am "online" and my profile show green light, but i am reading something somewhere else, doing some other job or whatever and when someone contact me i still maybe answer couple hours latter  because i didn't see message right away.

Sooooo someone suggested new feature to get some sort of "sound" signal when new message is received and i guess it would be very handy to have in most cases ;)

1 or 2 hours, may not be considered as a sign to downgrade. But, how about 24 hours or more?

and there should be a way that buyer must always mark order as complete instead of completing automatically

Quite Good and Interesting.

Some sellers have dozens or hundreds of orders going at once, so it's unrealistic to expect a response to your message within minutes. And, he might not be ignoring you. As said before, that seller might not have seen your message. Often, the big sellers will have specific support hours/days where they have a staff member respond to orders. And, the rest of the time is spent working. This will vary by seller and every seller has their own method for handling follow up. However, if you're not getting any response from seller at start of order (such as within 24 hours), you should submit a support ticket to ask for help. If the seller has become non-responsive and is clearly not working on your order - such as not responding for days after repeated attempts to contact them, then I would suggest a mutual cancellation. If seller comes online to reject your offer of cancellation and still doesn't respond, then you can ticket to ask for staff help.

because some buyer after giving them a great job they will never give you reviews which means they do not appriciate the services you gave them which is very bad

Reaching to a higher level, may increase the responsibilities and orders of a seller. But, How, if he cannot manage lot more orders at a time, he can increase the days of delivery time, so that he can decrease the burden of high orders, and avoid late deliveries or cancellation of orders.

I agree with, what you have said. A seller, after reaching higher levels, will have hundreds of orders, at once. But, if he was unable to manage all those orders on time, he has to increase the duration of the delivery, to decrease the work load. Even, if he cannot deliver the order on time, he must contact his buyer, and explain him, what made me make a late delivery. But, I have sent messages to all of my sellers. But, None of them replied even after 24 hours, may be i can say 48 hours. So, I have contacted the staff, and cancelled the orders. Even, the sellers don't have time, to accept the mutual cancellation order. But, the most important thing is, I used to send them message, only when they were online.

yes i also agree to that also to accept the mutual cancellation order when seller do not respond in 48-72hours becuase many seller do have a lots of order but in the next 72hours and you heard nothing from the seller then you should go for mutual cancellation of order

i totally agree with you on that. mutual cancellation is the best way to go for unresponsive sellers and even the buyers as well.
