Does Google Adsense break it's own rules?

Google Adsense doesn't allow sites that have illegal movies or downloads or medicine type sites. But have you ever seen these type of sites advertised on Google Adsense?

On more than one occasion I've seen reference to a Canadian pharmacy on Adsense, though maybe that is not against Google TOS. They seem to frown on pharmaceutical sites, or at least those sites don't rank well anymore.

Google will likely do what they want, because they are a huge conglomerate and don't want to be told what to do. Google even invades people's private property by snooping on email so who's to say they can't break own rules that bind publisher?

The way you get Ads on your site is through Adsense. Adense doesn't allow ads to be ON sites about medicine
However you can MAKE an ad about medicine.

I don't think that. I always follow the rules of adsense.

Google is being hypocritical if that's true. They won't let the sites run on anything but 'family friendly' sites but then run ads that would not be good to show on a family friendly site. How fair is that?
