Invoking A Seller's Guarantee

If I am a disgruntled customer, how do I go about invoking a seller's guarantee? On the other hand, if I have a disgruntled customer, how do I go about refunding the guarantee percentage amount I have specified in my work order?

Hi southsidesmoka thanks for a good question here. Invoked depend on how much seller guarantee on that service as percentage. If seller only guarantee 10% for that order, and if you invoked the order, it is meaning that, you will complete order by invoked with 10%. I mean from 100% you will get 10% only by invoked and if order for $10 by invoking, you will get refund for $1. But, if you like to get full refund, reject the order first and request to mutual cancelation to seller. If, seller will not accept mutual cancelation request within 2 days, fund will automatically refund to your account. And my suggestion before taking any action, contact with seller for mutual understanding.

The guarantee that is offered by sellers is generally a percentage of the original price that was paid. So if you are not happy with the service you got, you would need to discuss with the seller and see if he can improve it or edit it. If you cannot reach a consensus, and you want a full refund, you would have to reject the work, or go for the cancellation option. In that case a full refund should be made. Obviously this is provided that the order/work was not according to the description and you were not able to reach an agreement, which would be the best option always.

Have you chatted to the seller about this? I really think the first step is to open the lines of communication and tell the seller you are not happy. In most cases I am sure that you and the seller can work something out that works for both of you.

I am a buyer and I have always had a really good experience here at SEO Clerks except for one occasion when my work was late and I messaged the seller a number of times to enquire when my work would be ready. I never received a response at all, so canceled the order.

If the seller had just answered my messages and let me know when it would be ready I would not have taken that step.
