i think you can complain to SEO clerk then ..

i think "guaranteed" label it's like "highlight" stuff .. but it's more worse =)) not very effective though..

Actually, if you Guaranteed it, unfortunately, SEOClerks Staff cannot help you there since it's "No questions asked" - Sellers need to be cautious of "Abusive Buyers" who abuse the Guarantee in order to get FREE Services.

You might want to consider Lowering the Percentage of your Guarantee to something lower than 100%.
