I believe that this traffic is 100% bot generated. You can fool others but you can't fool people who has knowledge on how real traffic works. First traffic comes real fast. In this is case you manage to send almost 2000 hits in less than an hour. Second they are using bitly link so monitoring will be difficult since it will only show the referrer and the country viewing your shop.
