Unfortunately, this project didn’t go as smoothly as expected. I followed the buyer’s instructions as provided, and when they later pointed out an issue, I immediately apologized and offered to either correct the mistake or provide a full refund. Sadly, the buyer chose not to respond to my message and instead left negative feedback without giving me the opportunity to resolve the issue.
