If you are interviewing a SEO company, what are some good SEO interview questions you can think to ask to make sure you are getting a good company?
What blogs do you own?
What keywords do you rank for?
How many twitter followers do you have?
And some other questions like that.
Wath methods you will use for my site ?
Because some "SEO experts" will get your site ranked very high in google but after 1-2 month the site will be penalized ,because some "experts" use blackhat methods
You can ask him "what tools will he use to optimize your site on search engine"?
You can ask him "to show the sample work that he did for others."?
Asking for sample work is one of the best ways to know if they are an experienced and professional SEO company or not. Most professional SEO's will have many clients they have worked for who have said it's okay for them to share their before and after details and work reports etc. As for using tools no good SEO should use tools to do SEO and shouldn't need to either to do proper white hat SEO. So if they start telling you they use x or y or z tools to do this and that, it's a good sign you shouldn't use them as they will probably be doing bh SEO.
I think this has been answered before.
I searched the FAQ for "interview questions" but could not find much. Only this on where to find interview questions for SMM and IM which needs a new answer by the looks of it... But there has been some great stuff posted into the SEO FAQ recently that will really help you to brush up on your SEO knowledge.
It’s not actually an interview that you need but just to ask the links of their most recent clients. If they can give you 3 links then it is better to ask the owner of those sites on how they would rate the SEO company or worker. A good company gets a good review from his former clients and I don’t think you need to be asking any other question when it comes to determining the quality of service. As they say the proof of the pudding is in the eating. So there.
