If you have an attorney on retainer, you might ask them to take action. That could be costly. But it would be one option, especially if the other person had blatantly scraped all your content.

That is a nasty thing to do – stealing the content of your website for his own benefit. It that will happen to me, my first reaction would be anger, of course. But it’s not good to think of a course of action when you are angry so I will just check the contents and design of his forum. If it is registered with Adsense then I guess it is possible to file a complaint against that copycat forum. And if found guilty, I know that he can be banned in Adsense. But I will be careful not to mention that site in my forum because it will just get some curious attraction. It is best to keep mum about it.
